At Poshure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, no questions asked.

Easy Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, simply ensure your item is in the same condition that you received it, preferably with tags and in its original packaging. However, we understand that circumstances can vary. If your item is slightly used or without tags, please contact us – we’re here to help.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, just email us at info@poshure.com. We’ll promptly send you a return shipping label and easy-to-follow instructions on how and where to send your package. Even if you send back items without first requesting a return, we'll do our best to process it.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and let us know right away if there are any issues, such as defects, damage, or incorrect items. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to be flexible, certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is processed.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. Once approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
